Wakkerpolis starts proceedings against ASR for Waerdye claim of 5.5 billion

Stakeholder organization “Stichting Wakkerpolis” has started proceedings against ASR in order to recover  approx. 5.5 billion in costs, which it claims were collected by ASR without due reason from its customers when selling Waerdye investment insurance policies. She did so under other names as well, such as “Stad Rotterdam”. Adriaan de Gier of De Gier Business Finance Law supervises the claim and litigates for Wakkerpolis. Policyholders (including former policyholders) of ASR would do well to report their claim to Wakkerpolis to prevent their claim from expiring. Reporting is free and can be done at www.wakkerpolis.nl. Only if the costs are actually reimbursed by ASR will the participants owe a percentage of the success.
